As the other reviewer said, needs a few tweaks. A really great surveillance app for free. After 4 days, even being left plugged in, the battery on my iPad died, so one thing that would be great is being able to set up shut down times if you dont need to run it 24/7.

What a great way to repurpose old devices! Super simple to configure, works as advertised and I really like the IFTTT integration. For example, start recording when arriving home, and stop when I get back. Finally, their support is awesome: got a reply within the hour and my problem was fixed!

This app does what it says. It lets you use an old iPhone or iPod as a security camera. With the free plan you can have one camera and 4 hours of back-catalogued video. To get more hours, you must pay and the options are slightly confusing. But, it works effectively and IFTTT support is very useful.

It was a wee bit of work optimizing my two old iPhones for power consumption, but their instructions were easy to follow. Once I got it set up right it has been a better security camera system than my old laptop/usb cam setup. Over two months without interruption so far and an iPhone can survive longer power outages than a laptop. The "live" is about 30 seconds delayed in my case. Not as quick as Jumi but it does the trick. I see the new version shows the battery level and that the charger is on. Maybe the next version will push a notification for power outages and/or low battery? Thumbs up on their customer support.

After the recent update, the sound is no longer working while continuously recording. Doesnt matter how strong of the connection is, there is just no sound. Im using this as my primary baby monitor camera, but it defeats the purpose when I cannot hear my baby. So it was a five star review, now its going to be 2 until this issue is resolved.

This app is absolutely amazing. I am able to use my old iPhone to keep an eye on my garage at all times. I get a notification every time the camera detects movement, I can set it to record only when theres motion, and I can even remotely toggle the flashlight! Just brilliant!

Use it to spy on my cats! Its fabulous!!!!

This program is great! It works exactly as advertised and is super easy to set up. It even has motion zones on the camera, so you dont get alerts for things that dont matter. If only the monthly service was lower. I would definitely use it. The free version has all the functionality except for saving videos for longer that 4 hrs. Really a must have if you have an old working phone thats not in use.

Simple easy to use and understand. Sensitive and eve detect sunlight as movement And its free! Just wonder if phone will die with the continuous charging. Guess ur not supposed to use it for long term security solution anyway. More like temporary monitoring...

Motion events dont work... It says "please allow a couple of minutes for motion events to appear", but nothing shows up at all...

but still encounter some issue, in 3g/ mode viewer the notification prompt is not immediately,takes even 3/4 minutes on ios8 iphone 6 ,using an ipad air 2 as camera in wifi, but still even better than my smarthhome camera that sometimes not even works!!! thank u guys good job keep work on it

So far so good:). I have a 6s plus and a iPad Pro and it works great!

Good app, but it should have its own app, glance, and complication for the Apple Watch.

The Manything application is perfect , but they have a subscription system stupid and too expensive , so do not use it , they should have a system of annual subscriptions.
